PRICING & TREATMENT OPTIONS

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

60 minutes — £80

Block bookings:
4 sessions — £300 (valid for 2 months)
6 sessions — £450 (valid for 3 months)

While some people benefit from a single session, Craniosacral Therapy is generally most effective when experienced as a short course of regular treatments. Working this way allows the nervous system time to settle and integrate more fully, with each session building gently on the last. Many people begin with an initial session before continuing with a short course to support longer-lasting results. Find out more here →

Block bookings are payable in full at the first session to qualify for the reduced rate.

TINNITUS THERAPY – RED ALERT → REGULATION (RAR™)

Initial Consultation (90 mins) — £110
A detailed first session to understand your symptoms and begin treatment. We’ll use this session to determine the most appropriate next step. The initial consultation is an opportunity to explore whether this approach is the right fit for you.

Ongoing Sessions — £80
Available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Structured Care Plan (recommended)
6-session course (including consultation)

£450 when paid in full at the first session, or 2 × £230 (first payment due at the initial session).

This is a structured course, with sessions typically taken weekly to support consistency and progress. A minimum of 6 sessions is recommended to achieve meaningful and lasting change.

The reduced rate applies only when the course is booked and paid as outlined above. It does not apply to individual or alternative payment arrangements.

If you choose to continue after your consultation, the £110 consultation fee will be deducted from the course total.

Clinical Reflexology

CLINICAL REFLEXOLOGY

60 minutes — £70

For those looking for more consistent support, a short course of sessions is available:

Block bookings:
4 sessions — £280 (valid for 2 months)
6 sessions — £400 (valid for 3 months)

Clinical Reflexology is a hands-on therapy that stimulates reflex points on the feet to support the body’s natural balance, encourage deep relaxation, and improve function. Find out more here →

Block bookings are payable in full at the first session to qualify for the reduced rate.

90-Minute Session / Combined Treatment

(Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, or a combination of both)

90 minutes£110

A longer session allows for a more integrated treatment, giving time to work more deeply or combine approaches where appropriate. Often chosen for more complex or ongoing issues, or simply for a more extended and restorative experience.

ONLINE TINNITUS SUPPORT

60 minutes — £90 (voice or video call)

For those unable to attend in person, or as additional support alongside treatment.

These sessions include guidance and practical approaches to help calm the nervous system and better manage tinnitus.

While helpful for support and direction, this does not replace the structured in-person tinnitus care plan, where we tend to see the most consistent and lasting results.

(Please note: this is not medical advice. Please consult your GP for medical concerns.)

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

To get the most from your session:

• Avoid caffeine immediately before your appointment
• Avoid alcohol for a few hours afterwards
• Try not to eat a large meal just before treatment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION- T&C’s

Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Appointments cancelled within this time, or missed, will be charged in full.

Block bookings are available for those wishing to commit to a course of treatment:

  • 4 sessions — valid for 2 months

  • 6 sessions — valid for 3 months

Block bookings and treatment plans are non-refundable and must be used within the stated timeframe. Unused sessions outside of this period are forfeited.

Sessions are usually taken weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs, as this is where we see the most consistent and lasting results — particularly for tinnitus and nervous system work.

Split payments are available for the 6 x tinnitus course and are paid before the 1st and 4th sessions.

If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. While I will always do my best to help, I may not always be able to accommodate frequent changes.
