About me
Simon baker holistic health
Specialising in nervous system regulation, stress, trauma and tinnitus therapy.
Hi, I’m Simon.
I’ve been working in holistic health for over 10 years, supporting people with stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic tension, and tinnitus to feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected with their bodies.
My approach is gentle yet structured, combining Craniosacral Therapy, Clinical Reflexology, and personalised nervous system support to encourage lasting change.
I understand how challenging it can be to live with constant stress or persistent tinnitus — it can feel exhausting, overwhelming and at times isolating. My work focuses on simple, body-based approaches that help the nervous system settle, so you can feel more at ease and back in control.
MY STORY
My journey into this work began through my own experience with tinnitus.
Earlier in my career, I worked in the music industry as a touring DJ, music producer and sound engineer. Years of exposure to loud environments eventually led to the onset of tinnitus.
After having my hearing assessed, I was told everything was largely fine aside from some high-frequency hearing loss — something quite common in those exposed to loud sound. Despite this, the constant ringing was distressing and began to affect my stress levels, sleep, and overall well-being.
A friend suggested I try Craniosacral Therapy.
The experience was transformative.
Not only did the tinnitus begin to settle, but I also felt noticeably calmer, more balanced, and more connected to my body. It made me realise how much tension my nervous system had been holding — not just from tinnitus, but from the pace and pressure of life.
That experience changed everything.
It led me to train in Craniosacral Therapy, and later Clinical Reflexology, so I could support others facing similar challenges.
Today, I work with people experiencing tinnitus, prolonged stress, trauma, anxiety and chronic tension — helping the nervous system move out of constant alert and into a calmer, more regulated state.
Many clients recognise similar patterns in themselves: tinnitus that intensifies with stress, difficulty switching off, or a nervous system that feels constantly “on edge.”
My personal experience continues to shape the way I work — with empathy, patience, and a whole-body approach.
I’ve also contributed to tinnitus awareness through media and industry work, including features and collaborations within the music sector.
MY APPROACH
My work blends the subtle, hands-on techniques of Craniosacral Therapy with the grounding and balancing effects of Clinical Reflexology.
Together, these approaches can help to:
• release deep patterns of tension
• calm the nervous system
• support emotional resilience
• restore a sense of balance and well-being
Many people arrive feeling stuck in a constant state of stress or overwhelm.
My role is to create a calm, supportive environment where the body can begin to settle, regulate, and reset.
Healing doesn’t come from force — it happens when the body feels safe enough to let go.
TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
I trained as a Craniosacral Therapist at the College of Craniosacral Therapy in London, qualifying in 2016.
Since then, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding of how stress, trauma and nervous system dysregulation affect the body.
My qualifications include:
• Craniosacral Therapy – College of Craniosacral Therapy (2016)
• Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology (2016)
• ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology – London School of Reflexology (2018)
• Postgraduate training in Shock and Trauma – CCST (2017)
• Tinnitus & Hyperacusis Masterclass – UCL Ear Institute (2019)
• British Tinnitus Association training for professional advisors (2017)
I continue to undertake further professional development, particularly in the areas of nervous system regulation and trauma.
