Clinical Reflexology
Restore Balance, Reduce Stress & Support Your Body
Clinical Reflexology is a hands-on therapy that stimulates reflex points on the feet and hands to support the body’s natural balance, encourage relaxation, and improve function.
I work with each client to provide a personalised approach, drawing on my background in anatomy, physiology, and Craniosacral Therapy, so you receive more than a standard reflexology session — guidance and support tailored to your body and needs.
Common reasons clients come for reflexology:
Migraines & tension headaches
Digestive or gut issues, including gallbladder concerns
Foot or ankle discomfort
Stress, anxiety, and sleep difficulties
Support for overall nervous system regulation
Reflexology can also support the nervous system by encouraging the body to shift out of a constant stress response and into a more relaxed state.

A gentle therapy supporting balance within the body
Clinical Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment based on the principle that specific reflex points on the feet correspond with different areas and systems of the body.
By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, reflexology aims to support the body's natural balance, encourage relaxation and help reduce physical and emotional tension.
Many people find reflexology deeply calming, making it particularly helpful when the body has been under prolonged stress.
Helping you address migraines, digestive issues, tension, and overall well-being through hands-on, evidence-informed therapy.
How Reflexology May Help
People often come for reflexology support when experiencing:
• migraines or tension headaches
• digestive discomfort or gallbladder issues
• hormonal imbalance
• stress and anxiety
• sleep difficulties
• fatigue or low energy
• foot discomfort or tension
While reflexology is a gentle therapy, it can support the body in returning to a more balanced and relaxed state.
