I’m Simon Baker, a Craniosacral Therapist and Clinical Reflexologist based in East London, with more than 10 years of experience. I help people who are stuck in constant stress, fight-or-flight, anxiety, trauma, or struggling with persistent tinnitus feel calmer, more balanced, and more connected to their bodies.

Many clients travel from across London and further afield for specialist tinnitus therapy, while others come for craniosacral therapy or clinical reflexology to help with stress, trauma, or chronic tension. Many modern health symptoms can be linked to a dysregulated nervous system.

Alongside my general practice, I specialise in helping people with tinnitus. Having experienced tinnitus myself, I understand how distressing it can be. My approach focuses on calming the nervous system, reducing the stress response associated with tinnitus, and helping people regain a sense of control and balance.

Treatments are gentle, non-invasive and deeply calming, helping the body access its natural healing processes. Most clients attend a short course of sessions to allow the nervous system time to settle and reset.
