Relaxing the Jaw and Tinnitus
My colleague Julian Cowan-Hill posts some excellent videos on his Youtube channel to help those with tinnitus. Here is one that I will often discuss with my clients.
It’s very common to grind your teeth at night (Bruxism), or to hold tension in and around your TMJ (The Temporomandibular Joint) which can affect your auditory pathways and tinnitus, due to these structures being so close together in the cranium. Julian’s video shows ways to release some of that stress and tension in and around the TMJ.
